London is always buzzing and tea scene seems to be quite alive here. We were pleased to hear that our friends – the UK Tea Academy, has moved to a new space recently. And that is where we got to hold our event this time – a beautiful tea classroom in an exciting co-working space.
We have already had several activities with the UK Tea Academy over the past few years, so this time we decided to hold a free style event, where everyone could ask their questions, while we were brewing tea. And what an active audience it was! They didn’t give us a break and pressed some hard questions about organic tea, health properties of tea, caffeine, etc. It was a really exciting evening.
And just that day we tested a new matcha latte recipe: 1g of matcha, 10ml of hot water, 50ml of coconut milk and 1g of honey. It lets matcha shine and is super delicious.
We are really grateful to Jane, Kate and the rest of the team for warmly welcoming us to their new space.
