The tea course covers a wide variety of topics including  Japanese tea history, tea production, different tea kinds and brewing methods. You will also be able to learn how to prepare several Japanese teas, such as Matcha, Gyokuro, Sencha, Hojicha, etc.; and understand how to store them properly.
